Zero Communications, hard to get hold of
If you have to order from them, don't expect it to be quick. (3 weeks) They say they'll contact you if your order will take more than 3-5 days, but they don't. 7 days in and I am still waiting for any info on my item. Try to contact them on an expensive 0845 number, you just hear an automated line, and when you press 5 to speak to a human, you wait for a bit, and then you get hung up on. Terrible service.
